So, between the heat and when i went to bed, I'm exhausted right now. I think that I need to crash out earlier tonight than I normally do. It's just so easy to lose track of time in the afternoon, and apparently going to bed at 10pm (with a 430am alarm time) isn't getting enough. Of course, last night with the lack of AC meant that I was still tossing and turning at 11pm.
I did get up and do my exercises, increasing my jumping jacks to 20, so I'm doing a total of 30 things right now (20 jumping jacks, 5 sit-ups, 5 push ups). When I get back to doing more sit-ups, I'll scale back the jumping jacks, at least at first. For now, though, I am seriously thinking about making Sunday an official "bye" day on exercises, since I have to get up at 330am, and am usually busy most of the day. This means, of course, that I wouldn't be exercising again until Monday morning (when I think I'm going to go walking, too).
Oh, and on top of everything else, my right leg began to ache dully yesterday. Since I'm stupid, I went to bed without taking anything, thinking that sleep would be all that I need. I go through this line of logic far too often, because it has never proved true. So, I get to work today on a right leg (really, just my lower leg) that's crying for a soak in ahot scalding bath. I might just accommodate it this afternoon.
For now, to work with me!
