While I am not any happier about being stood up for lunch yesterday, a night's sleep has certainly improved my over all mood. I woke up at 4am, and felt really, really drained still. So, I chose to sleep one more hour. What's interesting is that my REM kicked in overtime at that point, and when I woke up momentarily at 422am, I felt like I'd been asleep for at least two hours. This happened again at 446am. So, I think that choosing the extra hour of sleep was the right thing to do.
I don't remember any of the dreams I had during this time (and they were many), but they must have helped me work through some problems, for I can smile again.
I think that I'm going to get my hair cut after I get off work. It's been a little over a month since I got it cut last, and I've decided I'm tired of it getting really long (past my collar) before I get it cut again. Now, time to work 6-3.
