stormwind50. We were chatting on AIM tonight, and what managed to come up? CCGs. And sure enough, the granddaddy of CCGS, Magic, came up. And sure enough, I dug out my Magic cards. And you know what? I wanna play a few games. But no one around here plays. He also talked about Vs., some kind of comic book CCG, that's apparently good this time, unlike, oh, say, OverPower. *snicker*
Work today felt productive. Things were tense for a bit, because they started going through the seniority list to see who had to be transferred out, but fortunately, since I am a backup, I can't be transferred out. The reports I'm doing for the Zone Manager are comiing along nicely, too. I actually feel like I know what I'm doing this time, which is always a plus.
I got a paid newsgroup service today. $25 for unlimited downloads monthly, but the retention is infinitely better than RoadRunner. (45+ days vs <1 day) I found some Shadowrun books that Brad's been looking for, so I think that his SR players will hate me, too. (If that game ever got off the ground, that is.)
I'm beat. I still have to go through the newsgroups and select my downloads. I still have to go to bed. Have a good night, folks.
OH YEAH! Instead of the END of March, how about March 4? Come on, people, let me know something. *I* am not going to let Mr. Bailey leave town without hanging with him one last time. Lemme know!!!
