I was late today. As usual. *shakes head* Today, though, the 6am checker was an hour late. That gave me time to read the newspaper in almost its entirety. I love reading the newspaper now. Today wasn't terribly thrilling, but at least it didn't suck.
Still haven't found Midnight yet. I must keep looking, though.
I've begun to read George R. R. Martin's A Game of Thrones, since I have been hearing a lot about this series since Robert Jordan's Crossroads of Twilight came out in January. I'm 68 pages in on the paperback, and I'm impressed. It FEELS like a real medieval style world. It's not polished and pretty, but it's not hideously rough, either. It just feels real. I can't say yet if I'm hooked, but I'm really close. How close? About this close. *Holds thumb and forefinger half an inch apart*
I'm going to stay offline today, because it's keeping me up, and I absolutely must get some proper sleep tonight, or I will not live to complain about it.
