So, after my last post, where I said I'd get some more moving done, I realized that I needed a nap. Since I was off, I saw no reason not to indulge my impulse. Two hours later, I woke up with a splitting headache. Pure misery, let me tell you. So instead of doing more moving work, I wound up taking it easy, and hoping it'd go away.

All in all, the day wasn't a complete bust, though. I talked C into watching some Firefly, and now he's asking, "Wanna watch another episode?" constantly now. :) I also go my mammoth pile of dirty clothes completely done, and even folded and put away. :) It's seemingly easier to do laundry when your washer holds about 2.5 times as much as the one at the apartment. Fewer loads = less work. This, in turn, makes me feel more open-minded about putting them away. No, I don't know. :)

Yesterday was my first day at the store for "packing up stuff people didn't want, and shipping it to other stores". It wasn't bad for the first part of the day, but as the day wore on, my stomach began to hurt (well, not quite stomach.. more like my intestines around my belt). I realize that, all things aside, I need to go to the doctor over that. However, I'm trying to (in my stubborn way) get through the move and store closing first. As I put it to someone, "I have enough on my plate right now without adding more to it." I know some of you will not agree, and rest assured that if it shows up and doesn't go away with rest, or takes too long to do so, I'll be going, things on plate or not.

I've a few things to hang on the walls in my new room, but otherwise, it's pretty much put together. Once I get the things up, I'll post a pic or two of it. I'm working 8a-4p today, and when I get off work, I am going to swing by the apartment and collect my food, the mail, and begin boxing up my books. I really need to step up the moving, but working all day really tires me out. Getting a headache doesn't help, either. :-p

Okay, enough whining. Off to work with me!
