Real simple day. I woke up at a decent hour, but with a headache. I had some coffee, and felt better. For the most part, I spent today going through the mp3s I have in my RPG playlist*, determining what fit what kind of mood, and entering that information in a spreadsheet. When I've gone through all of it, I'll set up some new playlists. As it is, I have far too little music for one session. Oh well, I've got tons. I'm sure I can find more. :)
I then took a nap, with the plan that it would get rid of the headache that had come back. Nope. I woke up with a worse one. I took some advil and tylenol, and watched The Princess Bride from start to finish for the first time ever. That's a funny movie. Odd, isn't it, how I've never seen it all the way through before? :)
Then, I noticed the moon was out. Oh, man.. I seriously don't understand it, but when I see the full moon, and it's casting its light on the ground, and the shadows are causing a contrast between light and dark, I just have to go outside and bathe in the light. There's just something.....powerful? soothing? comforting?..... about sitting in the moonlight. I feel very calm, very centered, very happy. As Nightwish said in "Lagoon": "Feeling lonely and content, at the same time, I believe is a rare kind of happiness." Regardless, a full-moonlit night works wonders for me. Mentally, emotionally, metaphysically, I just feel renewed, from top to bottom. But none of you wanna hear that... so, after that, I came inside, and..
...I've wasted the past hour doing nothing but playing Diamond Mine on GameRival, and looping my current musical selection. No, I don't know what it means. I guess I just have been wanting to hear this song again.
Now, I feel good and tired, and I'm going to enjoy my bedrest tonight. I can "feel" that I will. Good night, all.
