I have done NOTHING today. Zip. Zero. Zilch.
*shrug* I guess that's good, though. Mentally, I feel rested, even if I am physically tired right now. I haven't even read Day 17 in my book. I am going to read that before I go to bed. That just means that on Sunday, I have got to reread Days 16 AND 17, in addition to reading Day 18. I may fall behind in my rereading, but I won't miss a day.
I installed Knights of the Old Republic today. It's Aron's game, but I wanted to run "quality assurance" on it. *sighs* I have got to pick it up at my earliest opportunity. It's quite fun. (I have a soldier, who I named "Jodo Kast" because I didn't like the pregen names, who runs around with a custom vibroblade and a STR of 10. :))
I had an odd dream today. I dreamt, while napping, that I was out with a bunch of folks, including M. We were going somewhere special that required us to be dressed nicely. On the way, we decided to all stop and get something to eat from a place that was like a cross between a nice Italian restaurant and a good Sushi bar, if it was run by some Chinese folks. The whole time, though, I kept wondering if I could afford to pay the tab for EVERYONE there, and I kept trying to check my bank balance.
This dream is odd because, around the time I was sleeping, M was in Manhattan, going to see Phantom of the Opera and eating at a nice restaurant. Ironic, don't you think?
I am certainly looking forward to getting some sleep tonight. I think that I could certainly use the rest, especially since my world was nudged earlier, and I'm putting things back where they go. While doing that, I am finding things I haven't seen in a while, and I'm looking them over again, wondering if it's nostalgia that makes me feel that way.
I made a new mp3 compilation for work, since I don't have anything as cool as an iPod...yet. 120 songs, from Evanescence, Nightwish, Tori Amos, and Within Temptation. Thirty from each band. It *just* fits on a 700MB CD.
Tomorrow's game should be interesting. I have done nothing to prepare for it, but I *DO* know how I'm going to integrate the primary storyline idea into The Sunless Citadel, and I hope that they like it.
