Don't you love holidays?

Not me. As whome_cx and rockcandy76, among others, can attest, working the day before a holiday is hell incarnate. It's always worse than the actual holiday. Since I never do anything on holidays (much), I have no problem working on them. Today, as expected, was busy. I busted my butt, and only barely scraped getting done on time. Oh yeah, I was also on time! :)

I came home, and have wasted this afternoon, playing with Photoshop, images of the miniatures I ordered, and images of the swatches of paints that I own. Yeah, I've been "painting" my miniature in Photoshop, to get an idea of what color combination would work best. I am almost certainly using blue, in a deep rich tone. I'm just ironing out details of the rest of it.

Now, I'm gonig to read a little bit out of paintingclinic.com, to see what else I can figure out, since I want to paint Aric right (though, chances are that I'll mess him up).
