Okay, I'm calm now..

After the outburst earlier, I've calmed down enough to look through the book. Let me say this: Midnight has got to be ONE HECK of a dangerous place. Even humans are buffed up. (Double feats, double bonus skill points). In addition to the normal race/class setup, you also get a "Heroic Path". It's not tied to class, but total level. You can get certain spell effects, or damage reduction, or attribute bonuses. It's neat. I haven't had enough time to read it all the way through.

I haven't heard from Stephen today. We were supposed to play Magic over at Rick's. Of course, ironically enough, I haven't heard from Rick, either. So, no harm done. *grumble* Thankfully, though, Aron and I played a few games. We duelled 6 times, and he won 4 out of the 6 times we played. We got done in around 45 minutes. Fast, fast duels. There's something to be said for it. :)

Right now, I'm listening to a George Carlin album my brother found on the 'Net. FUNNY stuff!! This man is a MASTER!!!!!

All I gotta say..

...is WTF is up with that final boss in Serious Sam!?!?! 330 ft. tall, fires rockets, lasers,. fireballs, and missiles. To top it off, I have to jump through hoops, and nail him while he's being hit by this beam? (Assuming I guessed correctly.)

Man, that is just F----D up.

In closing..

One other thing that happened today I almost forgot to mention: Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets came out on DVD and VHS today!! :) I wasn't going to worry about it, but I decided I'd get a copy of it for my mom. Since I was there, I had no choice but to get my copy too. *grin*

I haven't watched the movie again yet, but I've just spent the better part of two-three hours playing with the Special Features Disc.
