I haven't posted much since Wednesday. I've meant to, but I've had other things on my mind. Nothing serious, though.
I'm just about done with Chance for the Sunday game. He's going to be great. He's also a little different from the Chance of several months back.
Today, I played Magic with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jartravian, and actually managed to come out on top in a couple of games. I tell you, that guy is good. (Or I'm worse than I thought! :) ) We cut it short, though, when Comic Cellar seemingly was hit by one of the plagues, and bugs were everywhere. Icky is the best way to describe it. I felt like I needed a shower when I left. I'm not holding it against Jason (the owner), though. At least, not if he corrects it before next week.
Work has been crappy for the past couple of days. I was told to cut the new schedule's hours on Friday, We are already just about running a skeleton crew. This cinches that. We have no help, and we're going to run off what customers we have left. *sniff* Oh well, life happens. The only thing to do is keep going.
Or, as I've taken to saying:
"It's all about the game, and how you play it." - Motorhead, singing HHH's theme song from a little while back.
Well, I have work tomrorow morning, and lose an hour of sleep in the process (Daylight Savings Time kicks in tonight, folks). After work, before I go to the game, I have to help my brothers cart the remains of an old shed from the backyard to the street. Lovely. Oh well, hopefully it won't take long.
