I beat my alarm up this morning. It was 427am, and I had to get up at 430am. I have an aversion to letting the alarm wake me up if I can prevent it (mainly because I have a problem with the chance that I could be JUST falling back asleep when the alarm goes off). Well, when I got up, I was just so tired, I stared in my mirror, and asked myself, "Do I really want to do those exercises?"
Well, yes, I do. I began by stretching again, and went into the jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push ups. Now that I've done it, too, I'm feeling a lot better than before.
