I beat my alarm up this morning. It was 427am, and I had to get up at 430am. I have an aversion to letting the alarm wake me up if I can prevent it (mainly because I have a problem with the chance that I could be JUST falling back asleep when the alarm goes off). Well, when I got up, I was just so tired, I stared in my mirror, and asked myself, "Do I really want to do those exercises?"

Well, yes, I do. I began by stretching again, and went into the jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push ups. Now that I've done it, too, I'm feeling a lot better than before.

Mindset is everything, isn't it?

Today was about the same as yesterday. I was more punctual, and I made a point to have a Yoplait Light Yogurt on my first break, and a fuji apple on my second break, so I wasn't quite as famished. After work, though, I got immersed in some group Guitar Hero II action (that's one of those games that's FUN when you have several people around). I had my leftover tuna mac for dinner, and I'm getting settled down now for bed. Sleep sounds really spiffy at this point. I'll answer comments when I get up in the morning. Seriously. :)
