I suppose that the reason why i've not posted much this month is that there's not quite as much going on. I've moved in, gotten settled, and am just enjoying being out on my own again. I don't even play World of Warcrack Warcraft anymore. *shrug* I guess that's just how I get. On-again, and off-again.
Bah.
Well, today is my weekly D&D game, and it's sure to be a blast. But, you know what was a lot of fun for me? Sitting down yesterday afternoon, and watching some college football. I have never been a big fan of college ball. I don't know why, but I've always just been ambivalent toward the whole thing. Yesterday, though, I sat down and watched the second half (didn't get home soon enough for the first half) of the Louisville Cardinals/Miami Hurricanes game. Whoa, did Miami get spanked. :) (Actually, a commentator used that exact verb once, too!)
After that, I channel surfed some other games, hopping between the Oregon/OK, Auburn/LSU, and one other. None of them held my attention for long, aside from the Auburn/LSU game. Still, it was a delightful change of pace, especially since I really do enjoy watching football. I'd love to get in some NFL, too, but my weekly D&D game throws a monkey wrench in that. Pity. Perhaps the game should move to a new night?
At any rate, I'm going to run late for that very D&D game, if I don't get going now. I'll update again tonight when I return. Take care, everyone!
