Yep, I made it. I have finished my week of work, and now I'm off until Sunday. Tomorrow, I'm going to see Jekyll & Hyde. Also, tomorrow, I will be going to Comic Cellar to get my copy of Eberron, as well as many packs of Giants of Legends as good sense allows me. :)
Today was my first day watching Charles' dogs, since Charles and Melissa left this morning. It's been pretty quiet. I like it. I've done a bit of reading in my Eberron book, made dinner, napped a bit, and all around just enjoyed the quiet time. I set up my E-mail and Newsgroup client to work on Bellsouth's network. (Easier than I thought it would be.)
Tomorrow morning, I plan to go on a morning walk/jog with the dogs, shower, balance my checkbook, and then go to Comic Cellar. Should be an interesting day.
Regarding Eberron.. GET THIS BOOK. I've never read any third edition setting book that gave so many adventure ideas, and I'm not talking about the section at the end of each nation's description. I mean, orcs with a nation (of sorts), a hobgoblin empire, and a nation ruled by hags, that harbors all sorts of monstrous humanoids (such as gargoyles, minotaurs, harpies, and ogres)? Not to mention the ways all the "normal" races work.. Wow. I'm about 2/3 done right now, and it's totally engrossing...
Well, I have some laundry to fold, a little more Eberron to read, and some sleep to get. Later, y'all!
